Fora medium skin tone MAC Russian Red is amazing as it is slightly deeper than MAC Ruby Woo so gives a more 1940's look. For deeper skin tones , other then Ruby Woo,
Twoof the lipsticks that literally had people throwing actual and virtual hands were Russian Red and Ruby Woo. Yes, both of the lipsticks are red, but that is where the similarities start and end. Though they may be from the same color family, they might as well be cousins twice removed. Here we have Russian Red (my very first MAC lipstick).
